Happy October to you! By now, I trust you have gathered this is my favorite month of the year. Mostly because of the cool weather and pretty leaves on trees.
This month’s photo comes from a peak fall foliage moment while hiking through Acadia National Park, in Maine. This was a cold, rainy, mid-October visit to the park. And the leaves were, quite literally, changing before our eyes throughout the day.
Some of the most stunning autumn colors I have ever experienced. And the best part was having one of my dearest childhood friends with me to enjoy every moment.
